VISION/MISSION

Provides sustainable financial service at affordable cost to members
Ensure financial growth and economic developement off members
Constantly improving on our products and services for the furtherance of microfinance sector.
Assisting members technically in their development
Develope a viable, secured and profitable microfinance network.
Providing members with desired, profitable, sustainable services and programs.
Representing members' interest.
Performing internal control within the network as required by the supervisory and control authorities and exceptionally extending its activities to parties other than its members within the micro finance sector in Cameroon.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

Supervise its members in accordance with the provision of article14 of the CEMAC/UMAC regulations on the exercise of microfinance activivities within CEMAC.
Provide members with financial services that complement savings and loans under conditions fixed by their article of association.
Secure the constructive interpretation of operational laws and issuing general rules, recomendations and directives (advice) for the purpose of serving the best interest of the members.
Supervise the management and administration of its mebers and ensure the developement of such management and administration.
Conduct research and developement of products, programs and services as well as assure responsibility for public relation, advertising and provision of technical and legal assistance to the network.

OBLIGATIONS OF RAINBOW AFFILIATES

All Members Shall

Take (up) shares in the union.

Contribute to the solidarity fund in line with article 9(4) of the microfinance law.

Attend educational meetings and seminars.

Comply with the provision of Articles of Assocition, internal rules, and regulations of RAINBOW - CAM.

Regularly pay membership fees and/or union dues.

Actively and closely inter cooperate with members of the union.

Respect the powers and obligations of RAINBOW-CAM etc.
