Attending RAINBOWCAM General Meetings and participating in decision-making at such meetings.

Technical Assistance from RAINBOWCAM in the process of registration/accreditation of affiliates

Regular internal control of affiliates, and recommendations from RAINBOWCAM.

Provision for a statutory auditor, for annual external audits.

Continuous professional development and technical assistance

To become an affiliate member of RAINBOWCAM, your institution must meet the following criteria:

Write a letter addressed to the BOD PRESIDENT OF RAINBOWCAM requesting to join the network. The letter should be signed by the BOD president of your institution.
Attach the following to your document

Registration

Begin by completing the application form with accurate information. This step requires payment of the initial Registration fees.
Geographic Consideration

An assessment visit is conducted to verify operations and compliance. For institutions located outside of Bamenda, a specific inspection fee applies.
Yearly Membership Dues

While the team reviews your documents, a membership agreement must be signed between the institutions. This phase includes the settlement of Yearly membership dues.
Financial Commitment

Upon final approval and joining the network, you must commit Shares in RAINBOWCAM equaling 20% of your share capital.
Ongoing Operations

Once onboarded, affiliates have full access to member services. You are then expected to perform regular savings and deposits at the network office.
